Graconia Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Graconia, a service operated from Alabama, United States (“Graconia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Graconia, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and the practices described in the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, you may use Graconia only with the permission and supervision required by law. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Graconia may send in-app or enabled device notifications for activity including group invitations and new posts in groups you have joined. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

License to use Graconia

Subject to these Terms, Graconia gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purposes. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, automate access to, bypass security or moderation controls of, or misuse Graconia except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. By submitting content, you grant Graconia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make the content available as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve Graconia. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where copies must reasonably remain in backups, legal or safety records, or content shared by others.

Community conduct and safety

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Graconia may use automated tools and human review to assess content and activity. We may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, pause creator privileges, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, protect users or the service, address fraud or security threats, or comply with law. Users can report content and block accounts using available controls.

Reels, messages, and sensitive content

You remain responsible for every Reel, message, post, and other item you submit. Publication or moderation approval is not an endorsement and does not transfer responsibility to Graconia. Direct messages are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Do not use Graconia for emergencies; contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource when someone is in immediate danger.

Copyright and other rights

Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Rights holders may submit a detailed complaint through Graconia Support. We may remove allegedly infringing content and restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.

Paid and creator features

If purchases, subscriptions, creator support, memberships, or payouts are enabled, the price, billing period, fees, eligibility rules, revenue share, renewal and cancellation terms, and any additional provider terms will be shown before the transaction. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store’s terms. Fraud, chargebacks, refunds, policy violations, verification requirements, taxes, or law may affect a payment or payout.

Marketplace and user dealings

Unless Graconia expressly identifies itself as the seller, users—not Graconia—are responsible for listings and transactions they arrange. Listings must be accurate and lawful. Use reasonable caution with payments, shipping, and in-person meetings. Graconia does not guarantee a user, listing, item, ministry, church, fundraiser, or transaction.

Third-party services and links

Graconia relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to outside services. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method when required. You may stop using Graconia at any time and may permanently delete your account as described on the account-deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRACONIA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THAT ALL HARMFUL CONTENT WILL BE DETECTED, OR THE ACCURACY OF USER CONTENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRACONIA AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Graconia and its operator from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Graconia, your content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Alabama, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact Graconia Support so we can try to resolve it.

General terms and contact

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service. These Terms, the Community Guidelines, and referenced feature-specific terms are the entire agreement about your use of Graconia. Questions may be submitted through Graconia Support.
