Graconia Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Graconia, a service operated from Alabama, United States (“Graconia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you use the Graconia website, progressive web app, mobile apps, and related support services.

Information we collect

How we use information

Public and private information

Profile information and content posted to public or shared areas may be visible to other users and may be reshared through Graconia’s sharing tools. Direct messages are intended for conversation participants, but they are stored to operate the feature. They are not represented as end-to-end encrypted and may be accessed when reasonably necessary for safety, support, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Automated and human moderation

Posts, Reels, images, captions, comments, profile information, and other content may be checked by automated safety services and/or reviewed by authorized staff. Reports and relevant account or content history may be reviewed to enforce the Community Guidelines. Automated checks assist moderation; they do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect Graconia, honor your instructions, complete a transaction, or comply with law. Providers currently include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and delivery, Cloudflare R2 for media storage and delivery, and moderation or notification providers used by enabled features. Stripe or another payment provider may be used if paid features are activated. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information in response to valid legal process, during a business reorganization, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, property, or the service.

Sale, advertising, and tracking

Graconia does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently serve third-party targeted advertisements. If these practices change, this notice and any legally required choices will be updated before the change takes effect.

Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Retention may vary by data type and operational need. After deletion, limited records may be retained for security, fraud and abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routinely overwritten or isolated from active systems.

Your choices and rights

You can edit profile information and available preferences, choose who can see your recent activity, control notification permission through your device, block users, and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and to appeal or complain about how a request was handled. Submit a request through Graconia Support and choose Privacy or data request. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Account deletion

You may initiate permanent account deletion inside Graconia Settings. If you cannot sign in, use the public account-deletion page. Deletion is designed to remove the account and associated user data from active systems, subject to the limited retention described above. Content already copied or reshared by another user may remain in that other user’s content.

Children

Graconia is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and a higher minimum age may apply where required by law. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child who is not permitted to use Graconia, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may submit a request through Graconia Support.

Security and international use

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspicious activity. Graconia and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as Graconia changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice of material changes when required. For privacy questions or requests, use Graconia Support and select Privacy or data request.
