Delete Your Graconia Account
Graconia provides both an in-app deletion option and this public request form. Account deletion is permanent and is different from signing out, uninstalling the app, or temporarily losing access.
Delete while signed in
- Sign in to Graconia.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete My Account in the account section.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
- Type DELETE when asked for final confirmation.
The authenticated deletion process begins immediately after final confirmation.

Use this form if you uninstalled Graconia, cannot sign in, or cannot reach Settings. Support may request reasonable proof that you control the account. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period and will tell you if more information is needed.
What deletion is designed to remove
- Your authentication account and profile information.
- Your user-owned posts, comments, reactions, prayer content, group activity, listings, notifications, reports, and associated relationships.
- Your uploaded profile, post, and Reel media stored for Graconia.
- Other account-linked data in active Graconia systems.
Content independently copied, quoted, or reshared by another user may remain as part of that user’s content.
Limited retention
Graconia may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routinely overwritten or isolated from active systems. Retained information will not be used to continue providing the deleted account.
Before deleting
Deletion cannot be undone. Save anything you want to keep before confirming. Deleting your Graconia account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider; manage any outside subscription through that provider as well.
